Mabati Rolling Mills Limited hereby announces that the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has granted an approval for the placement of medium term unsecured floating and fixed rate notes due to mature in 2016. Other details of the notes are as follows:

Tenor: Eight (8) years
Subscription: Minimum subscription KES1m
