GTV: Creditors’ Voluntary Winding Up

The Director of GTZ (Kenya) Ltd. announced that GTV creditors were to meet at the Kenya Institute of Education (KIE) on 6 April 2009 to
• Consider a special resolution for winding up to be presented;
• To consider a statement of the position of the company’s affairs together with a list of creditors of the company and the estimated amount of their claims;
• To nominate a liquidator/liquidators
• To appoint numbers of a committee of inspection; and
• To consider the appointment of members of the committee of inspection appointed by the company.

Creditors can either vote in person or by proxy.
