Toronto, 17 July 2009 --- Travel + Leisure magazine has released its annual World’s Best Hotels list and Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club and Fairmont Mara Safari Club joins other Fairmont hotels and resorts worldwide as among the 500 best across the globe.

Located at the foot of the majestic Mount Kenya and is nestled in over 100 acres of landscaped gardens, Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club earned an impressive score of 90.07 on the list and Fairmont Mara Safari Club scored 89.33 points.

The World’s Best Hotels List names the 500 top rated hotels and resorts around the world to serve as the premier travel guide for the year. Hotels are rated by readers of the magazine and receive an overall score on a number of factors and criteria including location, overall design, rooms, amenities, food and dining and service.

Other Fairmont hotels featured on the World’s Best Hotels “100 Top Hotels Overall” list; Canada’s Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and The Fairmont Vancouver Airport; The Fairmont Olympic Hotel, Seattle; and Hawaii’s The Fairmont Kea Lani and The Fairmont Orchid.
