KenolKobil Limited have signed a sales and purchase agreement to buy 10% shareholding of a company in Burundi. The shares of oil Burundi S.A will be purchases from Engen International Holdings (Mauritius) Limited.

Oil Burundi S.A. is a distributor of lubricants and white products in Burundi and will be a 100% subsidiary of KenolKobil Limited.

KenolKobil Limited have also acquired three service stations branded SONITRA in Burundi from an independent oil marketer.
