Nairobi, 4 May 2011: Leading paint maker Crown Berger Kenya Limited has today unveiled a state-of-the-art customer care call centre in Nairobi.
The resource centre has well-trained personnel that will provide professional paint advice, painting tips and attend to other relevant customer queries in the entire East African region.
Crown Berger Chief Executive Officer Mr. Rakesh Rao said: “The firm intends to use this facility as a major route to sharing and educating on painting systems and passing information, so that everyone can be the benefactors of the company’s products and services. This is how our customers can share their problems and be aware of the benefits we can bring to them. This is particularly opportune given that we are about to have an East African awakening, with all our new products under the banner “NEXT GENERATION”.
Rao said the strategic approach of Crown Paints is to provide an educational tree for any of its existing clients and for the thousands who may need answers to their queries.
He said the preference of the firm’s range of commercial and industrial paint products has enabled its turnover to grow to KE3ban; and it was important to give customers quality products and services that adhere to acceptable international standards.
Crown Berger has joined hands with KenCall, Kenya’s largest and most successful contact center.
The service provider offers unrivaled experience in customer care, telesales, and technical support, including advice to Kenyan farmers. The service provider has the infrastructure and installed technology. Crown has added to that intensive training of the selected Crown Call Centre staff.
